Too much time without posting, reason: Panamanian Carnival, plus I've been in a place where there wasn't even signal for calling. Anyway ... back to the subject, today I decided to do a reading time of:

As you know, I do not want to spoil the book, so here I leave you the synopsis:

Esta extraordinaria obra de divulgación que se ha convertido ya en una obra de culto aporta una coherente visión en conjunto sobre aquellos aspectos imprescindibles para comprender la historia de la filosofía occidental. Aprovechando que ando inspirada, he decidido hacer una sección que tratara de un libro interesante que de seguro les recomendaría leer.

1. EL EFECTO MAQUIAVELO por Osvaldo Reyes

Reading this book has been a really interesting experience, I don't want to spoiled anything. So here I leave the synopsis:

Unbeknownst to all, he is also a serial killer who targets pregnant women and disguises their deaths as caused by natural causes. Leer este libro para mi ha sido muy interesante, no quiero spoilear nada. Asi que les escribiré la sinopsis:
El Dr. Carlo Mantovani labora en la maternidad del Hospital San Marcos. Es un reconocido gineco-obstetra, respetado por colegas y pacientes. Desconocido para todos es que en su tiempo libre es un asesino de embarazadas, disfrazando sus crímenes como muertes naturales. Cuando el Dr. Diego Hatcher descubre su existencia, los directores del hospital deciden ocultar la verdad. Así empieza un juego de gato y ratón donde la vida de las madres es el premio a cobrar, los secretos están a la orden del día y las agendas ocultas determinarán el destino de muchas personas.

{Compre este libro porque me llamo la atención su portada, y ya que soy estudiante de medicina, me parecio interesante leer algo que tuviese palabras medicas, pero en realidad me tope con un libro extremadamente interesante, que me hacia jugadas, ME ENCANTO como el autor unia dos escenas que no parecian ser las mismas o que simplemente parecian ocurrir en tiempos distintos, y de la nada ahi estaban, 2 personajes enfrentandose en la misma escena y en el mismo tiempo, una sola situacion, la verdad disfrute demasiado de sus paginas, y aprendi palabras nuevas, como AZOOSPERMIA, lo recomiendo, para todo publico no solo los que se relacionan con las ciencias de la salud}
